No Vendor Assigned Filter: A new filter has been added to the vendors dropdown to enable filtering records for which no vendor has been assigned.

Completed Assignments Visibility: Now, while re-assigning a training that is already completed, you can view the list of completed assignments and make sure you wont assign a duplicate request
